You don’t need to be an avid traveler or a music festival goer to make use of a dainty, crochet top!
This look is my attempt at making the crochet top more wearable. The top I’m sporting is a handmade piece available on One Tribe Apparel, a clothing brand formed in the rolling hills of northern Thailand after witnessing the wellspring of creativity in the local art, music and fashion scene.
Embraced by travelers, festival goers and the yoga community, the brand looks to capture the serendipitous magic that happens from building a positive artistic community.
Aside from retailing beautiful clothing that benefits local artisans and elephant nature park, after receiving hundreds of photos from women around the world posing in their clothing, One Tribe Apparel created the first International Crowdsourced Lookbook, which uses visual storytelling to showcase the brand’s unique styles across six continents and 16 countries – modeled exclusively by customers.
This gorgeous brown top is a steal at only $27. Aside from being intricately detailed, it’s also expertly made, leading to a secure and comfortable fit. Tightly knit and stretchy, the standard size, with adjustable tie strings around the neck and back, will fit most body types in a flattering way.
I paired the top with a pair of patterned, stretchy bell bottoms by LA Hearts and sky-high platform Steve Madden wedges. This is a fun, edgy look I will be sporting soon for a night out in Miami, where a little hippie motif is always appreciated.
